Ringbuch HERLITZ 5304050 A4, 4-krúžková mechanika, tmavozelená, chrbát 37 mm, kapacita 14 mm

HERLITZ A4 ring binder in dark green is a compact document folder designed for everyday organisation of A4 papers. The binder features a four-ring mechanism and a 37 mm spine, providing a slim profile with a capacity to hold approximately 14 mm of punched sheets. The durable cover protects contents from wear during office, school or home use while the secure ring closure keeps loose pages neatly fastened.

Advantages

The four-ring mechanism ensures even alignment of punched sheets and reduces page movement. The 37 mm spine and low-profile design create a tidy, space-saving binder that fits standard shelving. The cover material is resistant to routine handling and supports frequent opening and closing without compromising the ring mechanism. The dark green color offers a neutral, professional appearance suitable for mixed filing systems.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 documents, reports and handouts
• School notebooks, lesson plans and coursework
• Office filing of procedures, meeting notes and reference materials
• Home paperwork such as bills, manuals and recipes

How to use

Open the binder by pulling the rings apart using the outer edges of the mechanism, insert punched A4 sheets onto the rings and close the rings until they click to secure the pages. Use the spine for labeling with adhesive labels or a marker to identify the binder contents. Store the binder upright on shelves or flat in drawers depending on available space and handling preference.

Recommendations

For even wear and longer life, avoid overfilling beyond the stated capacity, align punched holes before closing the rings, and store the binder away from direct sunlight and moisture. When frequently adding or removing pages, open and close the rings gently to maintain mechanism alignment.
