Advantages

The EXPERT Sanding Plate is designed to reach corners and work on difficult-to-access surfaces without destroying sandpaper. Its open coarse grains and multiple grit options allow effective removal of mortar, adhesives and thick paint, as well as controlled shaping and finishing of wood. The plate is sized to fit common oscillating multitool sanding adapters, providing durable performance for varied renovation and repair tasks.

Suitable for

• Removing mortar and grout residues behind tiles
• Removing carpet adhesive and other strong glues
• Stripping thick or multiple paint layers
• Rough shaping and sanding of wood
• Final sanding and preparation of clean wood surfaces

Select the appropriate grit: RT2 (coarse) for mortar and heavy material removal, RT4 for thick paint and mortar, RT6 for paint removal and intermediate sanding, RT10 for final wood sanding. Work with steady, controlled passes and avoid applying excessive pressure; let the abrasive do the work. Keep the tool moving to prevent overheating and maintain an even surface.

Recommendations

For safe and effective results, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, dust mask and gloves). Test on a small inconspicuous area first to confirm the correct grit for the material. Replace the sanding plate or abrasive when performance decreases to maintain consistent finish quality.
