PS2 predlžovací kábel pre klávesnicu a myš ACT AK4431 3m

The ACT PS2 Keyboard Mouse Extension Cable AK4431 is a 3 m extension lead designed to lengthen the reach of PS/2 keyboards and mice. With a male connector on one end and a female connector on the other, this ivory-coloured cable provides a straightforward way to connect legacy input devices when the original cable is too short or a computer is positioned farther from the workstation. The construction is intended for everyday desktop and office environments where reliable PS/2 connectivity is required.

Advantages

This 3 m extension cable offers a simple, passive solution to extend PS/2 keyboard and mouse connections without adapting signal protocols. The male-to-female configuration maintains the original device plug orientation and reduces the need to reposition equipment. Its ivory colour blends with common PC peripherals and the cable is long enough to permit flexible desk layouts while retaining stable mechanical connection of PS/2 plugs.

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Connector type: PS/2 male to PS/2 female
• Colour: Ivory
• Intended use: Keyboard and mouse extension
• Application environment: Desktop and office

How to use

Insert the female PS/2 connector of the extension cable into the PS/2 plug of your keyboard or mouse, then plug the male end of the extension into the computer's PS/2 port. Ensure connectors are aligned and fully seated to avoid loose contact. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain, and verify device recognition by the operating system after connection.

Recommendations

Use the extension in environments where PS/2 ports are supported by the host system. Avoid excessive twisting or pulling on the cable, and keep the length untangled to maintain reliable connections. If devices are not recognized after connection, check both cable ends for secure seating and inspect the original device cable for damage before replacing it.
