Quadrios 23C522 káblová očková koncovka, čiastočne izolovaná, 2,5 mm², M5, modrá, 50 ks

For secure electrical connections in automotive and industrial wiring, the Quadrios 23C522 ring cable lug offers a reliable crimp termination for conductors up to 2.5 mm². Each lug features a 5.3 mm bolt hole for M5 studs and comes partially insulated with blue PVC for easy phase identification.

Overview

The Quadrios 23C522 is a pack of 50 ring cable lugs designed for crimping onto stranded copper wires. The tin-plated copper construction ensures good conductivity and corrosion resistance, while the PVC insulation sleeve provides electrical isolation and mechanical protection at the connection point.

What stands out

• Partially insulated design: insulation covers the barrel but leaves the ring exposed for a secure bolt connection.
• Wide operating temperature range from -40 °C to +105 °C, suitable for harsh environments.
• Tin-plated copper body offers excellent conductivity and resistance to oxidation.
• Colour-coded blue insulation indicates wire size range (1.5–2.5 mm²) according to common standards.
