Good to know

The set includes everything needed to start training: one 140 cm bar, six bituminous plates, and two screw collars. The bar's knurled sections provide a firm grip even during sweaty sessions. Because the plates have a 30 mm hole, they are compatible with other standard bars of the same diameter. Always ensure collars are tightened before lifting.
