RJ-45 konektor samec DeLOCK 86453

The DeLOCK 86453 wire connector is a transparent RJ-45 plug made of durable polycarbonate for dependable network connections. Its compact dimensions (14 mm × 22.2 mm × 11.7 mm) and pack size of 20 pieces make it suitable for repeated installation tasks where visibility and reliability are required. The plug is designed for use with a matching Crimp+Cut tool to simplify assembly and ensure correct contact.

Advantages

The RJ45 Crimp+Cut plug allows the individual conductors to be guided out to the front, which speeds up assembly and enables visual inspection of the wiring order. Keeping the twisted pairs close to the connector helps maintain signal performance. During crimping, all eight conductors are contacted at once while excess cable ends are cut off, providing a clean and consistent termination.

Suitable for

• Termination of Ethernet/network cables (RJ‑45)
• On-site network installations and repairs
• Batch wiring tasks where multiple connectors are required
• Situations requiring visual verification of conductor order

How to use

Prepare the network cable according to standard stripping length for RJ-45 terminations. Insert the individual conductors through the RJ45 Crimp+Cut plug so that the wires exit at the front and the twisted pairs remain as close to the connector as possible. Place the assembled plug into the matching Crimp+Cut tool and perform the crimp; the tool will simultaneously make contact with all conductors and trim the excess conductor ends.

Recommendations

Use the DeLOCK 86453 plug together with the corresponding Crimp+Cut tool for reliable terminations. Verify wiring order before crimping and avoid untwisting pairs more than necessary to preserve transmission performance.
