RJ45 priechodka do okna ShiverPeaks 08-01010 transparentná, dĺžka 22,5 cm

RJ45 Window Pass-Through ShiverPeaks 08-01010 Transparent, Length 22.5 cm is a clear pass-through sleeve designed to route RJ45 network cables through windows, frames or similar openings without drilling. The transparent channel measures 22.5 cm in length and creates a sealed passage that protects cables from rain and wind while reducing drafts. It is intended for temporary or semi-permanent external cable entries where a weather-resistant, non-invasive solution is required.

Advantages

The transparent construction allows inspection of the cable and connector position without removal, and the sealed channel minimizes ingress of moisture and air. Its slim profile fits between most window and frame gaps and supports RJ45 connectors while keeping the cable fixed in place. Installation does not require permanent alterations to the building fabric, and the product is suitable for quick deployment and removal.

Suitable for

• Routing RJ45 network cables through windows or door frames
• Temporary external network connections for events or short-term setups
• Semi-permanent installations where drilling is not acceptable
• Protecting connectors and cable ends from weather exposure

Key specifications

• Material: transparent sleeve (rigid or semi-rigid plastic)
• Pass-through channel length: 22.5 cm
• Total length including connector: approximately 30 cm when assembled
• Compatibility: accommodates standard RJ45 connectors and typical network patch cables
• Sealing: provides a weather-reducing sealed channel to limit drafts and moisture

How to use

Insert the RJ45 connector and cable through the pass-through sleeve so the connector rests inside the channel. Place the sleeve into the window or frame gap and close the window or frame gently to create a snug fit; ensure the sleeve is aligned so the seal contacts both sides of the gap. Confirm the cable is not pinched and that the connector remains accessible on the exterior side. For removal, open the window or frame and slide the sleeve out together with the cable.

Recommendations

Use the pass-through primarily for temporary or semi-permanent cable entries; avoid leaving the sleeve permanently under heavy mechanical stress. Verify compatibility with the specific window or frame gap before installation and check that the cable is not tightly bent at the connector. In exposed outdoor situations, periodically inspect the seal and cable for wear and replace if cracking or damage appears.
