Roadinger flightcase pre 2× DMH-640 s kolieskami – ochranný transportný kufrík

Roadinger flightcase for 2× DMH-640 with wheels — protective transport case is a hard shell case designed to hold and protect two DMH‑640 units during transport and storage. The case features a durable exterior, internal foam or padding supplied by the manufacturer to secure the devices, recessed handles and butterfly latches. Integrated wheels and a reinforced base facilitate movement and reduce handling effort while the interior layout keeps units separated to minimise impact and abrasion.

Advantages

The construction combines a rigid outer shell with manufacturer-supplied internal padding to protect equipment from shocks, dust and surface damage. Recessed handles and butterfly latches reduce the risk of accidental opening and damage during handling, while the wheeled base allows smooth transport of heavier loads. The interior fit is designed specifically for two DMH‑640 units to prevent movement inside the case.

How to use

Place each DMH‑640 unit into the corresponding foam-cut compartment, ensuring the devices sit flush and are immobilised by the padding. Close the lid and secure all butterfly latches before moving the case. Use the recessed handles for lifting and position the case on its wheels for rolling transport; for stairs or uneven surfaces, lift using two-person technique to avoid strain and to protect the case and contents. Store the case in a dry, ventilated area when not in use.

Recommendations

Check the internal padding regularly for wear and replace if compressing or torn. Ensure butterfly latches are fully closed during transport and avoid overloading beyond the intended two-unit capacity. When transporting long distances, secure the case inside vehicles to prevent sliding and additional impact.
