Rohový uholník okrúhly R = 5 mm Roadinger 30003350 – kovový rohový uholník, okrúhly R5

Roadinger Corner Brace Round R = 5 mm 30003350 is a metal corner brace designed to reinforce and protect rounded corners in cases, cabinets and other constructions. With a 5 mm rounded radius, the corner brace provides mechanical protection to exposed edges, improves structural rigidity at junctions and offers a smooth profile suitable for applications where a rounded corner is required.

Advantages

This metal corner brace delivers consistent edge protection and reinforcement while maintaining a rounded appearance. The R = 5 mm profile reduces stress concentration at the corner, helps prevent material wear and chipping, and simplifies alignment during installation. Constructed from metal, it adds durable mechanical resistance to impacts and abrasion, promoting longer service life of the protected structure.

How to use

Position the corner brace over the rounded edge to be reinforced, ensuring the R = 5 mm radius aligns with the existing profile. Mark fixing points and secure the brace using appropriate fasteners for the base material (for example, screws for wood or machine screws for metal panels). Ensure fasteners are of suitable length and diameter to provide firm attachment without damaging the underlying structure. Check alignment and tightness after installation and test for secure fit before regular use.

Recommendations

For best results, select fasteners compatible with the material of the protected structure and pre-drill pilot holes when installing on hardwood or composite panels. If corrosion resistance is required, verify the metal finish matches environmental conditions or apply additional protective coating. Regularly inspect mounted braces for loosening or wear and re-tighten fasteners as needed.
