ROLINE 19-palcová strešná ventilátorová jednotka s termostatom, 4 ventilátory, oceľové puzdro, sivá

ROLINE 19-inch roof-mounted fan unit with thermostat and four fans provides forced ventilation for 19" server and network enclosures. The unit has a steel housing in grey and is designed to extract heat from the interior of racks, stabilise operating temperatures and help protect installed equipment.

Advantages

The roof-mounted fan unit includes two sets of mounting brackets to allow flexible installation either on the enclosure roof or attached to any standard height unit within a 19" rack. An integrated switch and an adjustable thermostat enable straightforward control of fan operation according to cabinet temperature. The steel housing offers robust protection and the unit is available in a neutral grey finish that fits common server-room environments.

Suitable for

• Server racks and network cabinets requiring additional ventilation
• Telecommunication racks and IT enclosures in data centres or server rooms
• Installations where temperature-dependent fan control is needed

When it may not be suitable

The unit is intended for installation in standard 19" enclosures; it may not be compatible with non-standard or custom cabinets without appropriate mounting points. It is a forced-ventilation accessory and does not provide climate control or air conditioning for environments that require precise humidity or cooling beyond increased airflow.

Key specifications

• Form factor: 19" roof-mounted fan unit for rack enclosures
• Fans: 4 built-in cooling fans
• Housing material: steel
• Control: integrated on/off switch and adjustable thermostat
• Finish colour: grey

How to use

Mount the unit using the supplied bracket set appropriate for your cabinet: one set for attachment to the enclosure roof and the other for mounting to a standard height unit inside the rack. Connect the unit to mains power according to the electrical requirements and position the thermostat to the desired temperature threshold. Use the switch to enable or disable the fans; the thermostat will control automatic fan activation based on internal cabinet temperature.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your rack is a standard 19" enclosure with compatible mounting points for roof or internal bracket installation
• Check available roof clearance and internal space to ensure the unit and airflow are not obstructed
• Confirm that forced ventilation meets your cooling needs; this unit does not replace dedicated air conditioning or humidity control

Recommendations

Install the fan unit near the top of the rack to promote effective extraction of warm air, keep intake and exhaust pathways clear, and set the thermostat slightly above normal operating temperature to avoid unnecessary fan runtime while ensuring equipment stays within safe temperature limits.
