Rovný káblový žľab HellermannTyton 181-47260 — oceľ, 35 mm Š × 7,5 mm V, dĺžka 2 m

HellermannTyton 181-47260 is a straight steel cable tray with a low-profile design measuring 35 mm wide by 7.5 mm high and 2 m long. It is intended for routing and supporting insulated cables and small cable bundles in electrical installations, control panels, server rooms and light industrial environments where a compact, durable tray is required. The tray’s steel construction provides mechanical support and helps maintain organized cable runs while fitting into spaces with limited height.

Advantages

The steel construction offers robust mechanical strength and long-term dimensional stability. Its narrow 35 mm width and 7.5 mm height provide a low-profile solution for confined spaces. A 2 m length reduces the number of joints required for medium-length runs, simplifying installation and improving alignment. The tray is compatible with standard panel and DIN rail mounting practices used in control cabinets and equipment racks.

Suitable for

• Routing and supporting power and signal cables in control panels
• Organized cabling in server rooms and network equipment racks
• Light industrial installations where a low-profile steel tray is preferred
• Applications requiring straight, horizontal cable runs along panels or walls

Key specifications

• Material: steel for mechanical strength and rigidity
• Width: 35 mm (usable channel width for cable routing)
• Height: 7.5 mm (low-profile design)
• Length: 2.0 m (single-piece run length)
• Form factor: straight, horizontal tray section

How to use

Position the straight tray section along the intended cable route inside the control panel, equipment rack or on a mounting surface. Secure the tray to the panel or mounting structure using appropriate fasteners or brackets compatible with steel trays; for installation in control cabinets the tray can be arranged relative to DIN or DELTA-type mounting rails to accommodate component layout. Lay insulated cables and small bundles into the tray without exceeding recommended fill levels, and route cables to terminals, connectors or cable glands. Where multiple tray sections are required, align ends and fasten joints to maintain a straight run and mechanical continuity.
