Rovný panel 1U Triton RAB-ZP-X03-A1

The Triton Straight-way panel 1U RAB-ZP-X03-A1 is a 1U rack accessory engineered to streamline cable routing and management inside standard server racks. It provides a rigid, low-profile pathway that keeps network, power and patch cables organized and secured, helping maintain clear airflow and a professional rack appearance. The durable construction is intended for repeated use in data centers, server rooms and telecommunication closets while occupying a single unit of rack space.

Advantages

This straight-way panel offers a compact 1U footprint with robust build quality that resists deformation under cable load. By creating a dedicated channel for cables it reduces tangling and mechanical stress on connectors, simplifies maintenance and lowers the risk of accidental disconnections. The panel's design supports improved airflow management in densely populated racks and contributes to a neater overall installation without adding significant depth or complexity.

Suitable for

• Server rooms and data centers for organized cable routing
• Network cabinets and patch panels to separate and secure cables
• Telecommunications closets and small IT racks where space is limited
• Environments requiring improved airflow and reduced cable strain

Key specifications

• Mounting form factor: 1U rack-mount compatible
• Function: straight cable management panel for horizontal routing
• Material characteristics: durable construction designed for repeated use
• Physical profile: low-profile design occupying one rack unit height
• Compatibility: fits standard 19-inch server racks and cabinets

How to use

Install the panel into a standard 19-inch rack at the preferred height using appropriate rack screws or captive nuts. Route cables through the straight-way opening, grouping similar cables together to minimize interference and facilitate identification. Secure cables as needed to adjacent points in the rack to prevent strain on connectors and maintain the intended cable path. The panel can remain in place while adding or removing cables to preserve order during maintenance.

Recommendations

To maximize effectiveness, plan cable runs before installation: place the panel where horizontal routing will reduce cable length and crossing. Do not overload the panel with excess cable bulk; distribute heavy bundles across multiple management points. Periodically inspect routed cables for wear and ensure connectors are properly seated to maintain system reliability.
