Triton sada koliesok 4 kolesá s 2 brzdami RAX-MS-X47-X1, zaťaženie do 1600 kg

The Triton Roller Set 4 Wheels with 2 Brakes RAX-MS-X47-X1 is a compact wheel kit designed to move heavy equipment and trolleys in workshops, warehouses and production environments. The set includes four wheels, two of which have integrated braking mechanisms, and supports a combined maximum load capacity of up to 1600 kg. The rollers are intended to simplify repositioning of machinery and large items while offering improved stability when brakes are applied.

Advantages

The wheel set combines high load capacity with straightforward installation and operation. Two braked wheels allow secure immobilization of the load without additional chocks or stands, while the non-braked wheels provide smooth rolling and directional control. The design reduces the effort required to move heavy items and helps protect floor surfaces and equipment by distributing weight across multiple contact points.

Suitable for

• Moving machinery and heavy equipment within workshops and factories
• Transporting trolleys, cabinets and heavy carts on flat industrial floors
• Temporary repositioning of production lines, large tools or assemblies

Key specifications

• Number of wheels: 4 (two with integrated brakes)
• Combined load capacity: up to 1600 kg
• Brake type: integrated wheel brake on two wheels
• Intended environment: industrial, workshop, warehouse
• Mounting: set designed for attachment to equipment bases or frames

How to use

Mount the rollers to the equipment or trolley base according to the mounting pattern of the frame, ensuring each wheel is securely fastened. Use the two braked wheels to lock the assembly in place after positioning; engage the brakes once the load is stationary to prevent unintended movement. During transport, push or pull the load with control and avoid sudden turns or impacts; ensure the total weight does not exceed the stated combined capacity.

Recommendations

Inspect mounting fasteners and wheel condition regularly, and replace damaged wheels promptly. Use on flat, even surfaces designed for industrial traffic. For uneven or sloped surfaces, do not exceed safe handling practices and consider additional securing measures to prevent rollaway.
