How to use

Prepare a firm but pliable pasta dough and divide it into portions suitable for manual rolling. Hang or place the strands on the dryer accessory to allow brief air-drying before cooking or storing. Clean the unit after use following the manufacturer’s care instructions, avoiding immersion of any non-waterproof components.

Recommendations

For best results, dust dough lightly with flour to prevent sticking during rolling and cutting. Dry strands evenly on the dryer and cook fresh pasta briefly in boiling water according to thickness. Store fully dried pasta in a cool, dry place in an airtight container.
