Sieťový kábel S/CONN 75712-B modrý 2m Cat6a S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 75712-B Blue 2m Cat6a S/FTP is a 2-meter Ethernet patch cable built to support high-speed data transmission in wired networks. It conforms to the Cat6a standard and uses S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. The cable terminates in gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for stable, low-resistance contacts and is finished in blue to match network colour-coding or desktop setups.

Advantages

This Cat6a S/FTP cable provides support for up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet speeds over short distances and improved signal integrity thanks to the overall shield and individually foiled twisted pairs. The gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve contact reliability and reduce oxidation over time. The 2 m length balances reach and neat cable management for rack, office desk or home network installations.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections in home or small office networks
• Connecting switches, routers, patch panels and networked devices
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference and consistent throughput
• Structured cabling where colour-coded patching improves organisation

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a (augmented)
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall braid with individually foiled pairs
• Length: 2 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contacts: gold-plated connector contacts for improved conductivity
• Colour: blue

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding network port until the latch clicks. Use this 2 m cable to link network devices such as switches, routers, patch panels, desktop PCs and network storage. Avoid tight bending or kinking; maintain gentle curves and avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-power electrical lines to minimise interference. Secure excess length with velcro ties or cable management clips to keep the installation tidy.

Recommendations

For best results in demanding network environments, pair this Cat6a S/FTP cable with compatible shielded network hardware and ensure proper grounding of shielding at patch panels or switch chassis. Replace the cable if connector contacts appear damaged or if data errors increase, and avoid stretching beyond intended length limits.
