STANLEY FMHT66426-0 is a 10-piece screwdriver set with VDE-certified insulated blades designed for electrical work and general maintenance. The set includes a selection of slotted (flathead) and Phillips tips sized to cover common screw types encountered in household and professional tasks. Ergonomic handles deliver secure grip and controlled torque while the insulated shafts and tips reduce the risk when working near live circuits.

Advantages

The screwdrivers feature VDE-approved insulation to protect against electrical shock up to the rated voltage for VDE tools, combined with molded ergonomic handles to improve grip and reduce hand fatigue during repetitive use. A variety of tip profiles and sizes in one compact set eliminates the need to carry multiple single tools. Hardened tips provide wear resistance and consistent engagement with screw heads to minimize cam-out.

How to use

Select the screwdriver with the correct tip type and size for the screw head to ensure a proper fit. Verify that the insulation is intact before working near live circuits and, where necessary, de-energize the circuit according to safety procedures. Use the ergonomic handle to apply steady torque; avoid excessive force that could damage the screw or tool. After use, store the set in a dry place to protect the insulation and metal surfaces.

Recommendations

For electrical work, always follow local safety regulations and verify the rated voltage of insulated tools before use. Regularly inspect the insulation and tips for damage; replace any screwdriver that shows cracks, exposed metal, or tip deformation. Use the correct screwdriver size to reduce the risk of slipping and damaging fasteners.
