Safetex Premium-Rundschlinge SX-STEELBlackline s oceľovou lanovou vložkou WLL 4 000 kg pri (SX-STEEL-040-03.00)

On construction sites and in heavy industry, rigging crews rely on Safetex Premium Round Slings to lift and position massive loads with confidence. The SX-STEELBlackline with steel cable insert is built for exactly these demanding environments, offering a working load limit of 4,000 kg and a 3-metre effective working length. Its robust design combines a high-strength polyester sleeve with an internal steel cable core, delivering exceptional cut and abrasion resistance that extends service life even under rough handling.

Why choose it

The steel cable insert sets this sling apart from standard polyester roundslings. It provides superior protection against cuts and abrasion, making it ideal for lifting loads with sharp edges or in abrasive environments. The 7:1 safety factor ensures a high margin of safety, while the low moisture absorption and wide temperature range allow reliable performance in diverse conditions. Each sling is individually serialised for full traceability and comes with CE certification, meeting the strict requirements of EN 1492-2.

Ideal use cases

• Lifting steel beams, pipes, and other sharp-edged materials
• Heavy machinery installation and maintenance
• Construction and infrastructure projects
• Shipyard and offshore applications
• General industrial rigging where cut resistance is critical

Good to know

Always inspect the sling before each use and follow the manufacturer's guidelines for safe lifting. The grey colour code corresponds to a 4,000 kg WLL as per EN 1492-2. Store the sling away from direct sunlight and chemicals to maximise its service life. The polyester sleeve can be replaced if damaged, extending the overall lifespan of the sling.
