ShiverPeaks BS75712-AW 2m Cat6a S/FTP sieťový kábel

The ShiverPeaks BS75712-AW 2m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable provides a 2-meter connection between network devices using Cat6a specifications and S/FTP shielding. Fitted with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, the cable is designed to support high-speed data transfer and reduce electromagnetic and crosstalk interference. The white jacket offers a neutral appearance suitable for residential and professional environments while maintaining a durable construction for repeated use.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil shield with individually shielded pairs to minimize external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk, improving signal integrity for demanding network conditions. Cat6a performance supports higher bandwidths and better frequency response compared with lower category cables, enabling more reliable operation for gigabit and multi-gigabit links. The RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with standard network ports, and the 2 m length balances reach and cable management for desk-to-switch or patch panel connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches, routers and networked peripherals within offices or homes
• Patch connections between wall outlets and network equipment
• High-bandwidth applications such as streaming, video conferencing and data transfer

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a (augmented Category 6)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually screened twisted pairs)
• Length: 2 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Color: White
• Conductor type: Twisted pair copper conductors

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network ports on your devices until you hear a click, ensuring a secure mechanical and electrical connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and mechanical strain; maintain bend radii recommended for Ethernet cabling to preserve signal quality. Use the 2 m length for desk-level connections, patch panels, or between network equipment where short runs are required.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable away from high-power electrical cables and sources of electromagnetic interference. When installing in patch panels or keystone jacks, verify proper seating and test the link with a network tester if available. Replace the cable if the connectors are damaged or if data errors are observed.
