ShiverPeaks sieťový kábel patch kábel CAT6A S/FTP exteriérový čierny - sieťový - CAT 6a (BS08-26035)

For network installers running links between buildings or across exposed outdoor areas, this ShiverPeaks CAT6A patch cable delivers reliable 10 Gigabit connectivity even in harsh weather. The S/FTP shielding with individually foil-wrapped pairs and an overall braid blocks electromagnetic interference, while the rugged PE jacket withstands UV, rain, and dust. Gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure a stable, corrosion-resistant connection for years of service.

Key specifications

• Category: CAT6A (500 MHz bandwidth)
• Shielding: S/FTP (PIMF) – foil per pair plus overall braid
• Length: 0.5 m
• Conductors: Stranded copper, AWG 26
• Connectors: RJ45 male to RJ45 male, gold-plated contacts
• Jacket: PE (polyethylene), black, UV-resistant
• Performance: 10GBASE-T up to 100 m (with solid-core cable; this patch cable for short runs)
• PoE: Supports PoE, PoE+, and 4PPoE (IEEE 802.3af/at/bt)
• Standards: ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, TIA/EIA-568-C.2

Why choose it

This cable is built for outdoor durability without sacrificing performance. The S/FTP construction minimizes alien crosstalk, making it ideal for high-density installations. The PE jacket resists cracking in cold temperatures and degradation from sunlight, while the gold-plated contacts maintain signal integrity over many mating cycles.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting IP security cameras on building exteriors
• Linking wireless access points on poles or rooftops
• Extending networks to outdoor kiosks or signage
• Temporary outdoor events requiring high-speed links

Good to know

Although rated for outdoor use, the connectors are not waterproof when unmated; use appropriate enclosures or protective boots for permanent outdoor connections. For runs longer than 10 meters, consider using solid-core bulk cable with field-terminated plugs for optimal performance.
