Video káblový adaptér S/CONN 10-71035

The S/CONN 10-71035 is a 2 m video cable adapter with a DisplayPort connector on one end and an HDMI Type A (Standard) connector on the other. Designed to transmit high-quality digital video and audio signals, this adapter enables connection of devices with DisplayPort outputs—such as PCs and laptops—to HDMI displays, TVs or projectors. The cable’s black jacket and compact connector housings make it suitable for visible setups in home and office environments.

Advantages

This 2 m DisplayPort to HDMI adapter provides a straightforward single-cable solution for converting DisplayPort output to HDMI input without the need for separate converters. Its design supports stable digital signal transmission over a moderate distance while maintaining a compact profile. The adapter’s black finish blends with most AV setups and minimizes visual distraction.

Suitable for

• Connecting a desktop PC or laptop with DisplayPort to an HDMI monitor or TV
• Presentations using projectors with HDMI input
• Home entertainment setups linking media players or computers to HDTVs
• Office workstations requiring single-cable video and audio transmission

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector type (source): DisplayPort
• Connector type (display): HDMI Type A (Standard)
• Signal type: digital video and audio
• Colour: black

How to use

Connect the DisplayPort end of the cable to the DisplayPort output on your computer or other source device and insert the HDMI Type A connector into the HDMI port of your monitor, TV or projector. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display input to the correct HDMI source. Most systems will detect the connection automatically and configure resolution and audio output accordingly; if needed, adjust display resolution and audio settings in the operating system or display menu.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable near strong electromagnetic sources and avoid sharp bends near the connectors. Use the 2 m length for short to medium distance connections; for longer runs, consider active converters or cables rated for greater distances. Check that the source device’s DisplayPort supports audio output if you require sound over HDMI.
