Sieťová anténa CradlePoint 170801-000, SMA konektor samec, 0,6–6 GHz, 180 mm, antracitová

CradlePoint 170801-000 is an external network antenna designed for cellular and wideband deployments covering 0.6–6 GHz frequency range. The antenna features an SMA connector and a compact 180 mm form factor in a charcoal finish. It is compatible with a range of CradlePoint modems and provides a single‑unit solution where an SMA‑connected external antenna is required to improve signal capture and link reliability in mobile and fixed installations.

Advantages

The antenna supports a broad frequency span from 0.6 to 6 GHz, enabling use across multiple cellular bands including LTE and 5G as well as other wideband applications. The SMA connector provides a common, easy-to-install interface for many routers and modems. Its 180 mm size and charcoal finish offer a discreet profile suitable for indoor or outdoor mounting with minimal visual impact. The antenna is supplied as a single unit for straightforward deployment and replacement.

Suitable for

• Cellular signal reception for LTE and 5G modem installations
• External antenna connection to routers and gateways with SMA ports
• Mobile, vehicle or fixed-site installations requiring compact wideband coverage

Key specifications

• Frequency range: 0.6–6 GHz
• Connector type: SMA
• Length: 180 mm
• Finish: charcoal
• Unit: single antenna

How to use

Attach the antenna to the modem or router SMA port by aligning the connector and hand‑tightening until secure; do not overtighten. Position the antenna vertically where possible and select a mounting point with the best line of sight to the cellular network. For vehicle installation use a suitable mount or magnetic base if available and route the cable carefully to avoid sharp bends. After installation, verify signal strength and quality on the modem or router and adjust the antenna position as needed.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, place the antenna away from large metal objects and other sources of radio interference. When used outdoors, ensure any cable entry points are weather‑sealed and the connector is protected from moisture. If multiple antennas are required, maintain adequate separation to reduce mutual interference and follow the modem manufacturer's guidance for antenna diversity and MIMO configurations.
