Key specifications

How to use

Position the LANBERG 42U freestanding cabinet on a level surface and verify required clearances for front and rear access. Install 19" rails at the appropriate mounting depth for your equipment, then mount servers, switches and patch panels following manufacturer instructions. Route power and network cabling through the cabinet's cable management openings and secure cables to prevent strain on connectors. Use the lockable panels to restrict physical access when the installation is complete. Ensure ventilation paths are not obstructed and that weight distribution is managed to maintain cabinet stability.

Recommendations

Plan the layout of devices and cable runs before installation, allocate U-space for future expansion, and verify cooling and power requirements for mounted equipment to ensure reliable operation within the cabinet.
