Sieťový kábel Cat8 S/STP CABLETIME 20 m čierny

CABLETIME Cable Cat8 S/STP, 20m, black (MPN: CA915682, EAN: 6975285505738) is a high-performance shielded Ethernet cable designed for data centers, server rooms and demanding network environments. This Cat8 S/STP cable supports high-frequency transmission with enhanced shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk, delivering reliable connections for 25G/40G Ethernet and high-speed LAN links. The 20 meter length and black jacket provide flexibility for structured cabling runs and equipment interconnects.

Advantages

The S/STP construction combines an overall shield with individually shielded pairs, improving protection against external interference and preserving signal integrity over longer distances compared with lower category cables. Cat8 specification allows for very high bandwidth and low latency communications, suitable for modern high-throughput networking. The durable outer jacket and robust pair shielding increase mechanical reliability and help maintain performance in environments with multiple electrical or network sources.

Suitable for

• Server room and data center uplinks
• High-speed switches and routers interconnection
• Workstation-to-switch connections in dense wiring closets
• Backbone links within enterprise LANs
• Applications requiring minimized EMI and high bandwidth

How to use

Route the Cat8 S/STP cable between network devices avoiding sharp bends; maintain the minimum bend radius specified by the manufacturer where available. Terminate the cable using compatible RJ45 connectors and shielded keystone jacks or panels rated for Cat8 to preserve shielding continuity. For best performance, ensure shielded connectors and grounded patch panels or chassis to provide an effective path to ground for the cable shields. Use cable management accessories to prevent strain on connectors and to keep signal paths organized in racks and cabinets.

Recommendations

Use this CABLETIME Cat8 S/STP cable for short to medium backbone runs and direct device connections where high bandwidth and EMI protection are required. Verify compatibility of transceivers and switch ports with 25G/40G speeds and maintain shield continuity through proper grounding to achieve optimal signal integrity.
