Sieťový kábel Dexlan 858653 Cat7 S/FTP 5 m čierny

The Dexlan 858653 Cat7 S/FTP 5m networking cable is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for reliable high-speed data transmission over short to medium distances. Featuring S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends, this 5-meter black cable supports demanding network tasks in home and office environments. Its construction reduces electromagnetic and crosstalk interference, helping to maintain signal integrity for bandwidth-intensive applications such as streaming, gaming and large file transfers.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil shield with individual pair shielding to provide improved protection against external electromagnetic interference and internal crosstalk. The Cat7 specification supports higher frequencies and throughput compared with earlier cable categories, enabling stable connections for Gigabit and multigigabit networks. The 5 m length offers a balance between reach and cable management, while the robust outer jacket and molded RJ-45 plugs improve durability and connection reliability.

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch or network card) and the other RJ-45 plug to the target device or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until they click to establish a secure link. For optimal performance, avoid excessive bending or kinking of the cable and keep it separated from high-voltage power lines where possible. Use cable ties or clips to route and secure the cable neatly along desks, walls or cable channels.

Recommendations

For best results in high-interference environments, pair this S/FTP Cat7 cable with shielded network equipment and properly grounded outlets. If running near power cables, maintain some separation to minimize residual interference. Test link speeds after installation to confirm expected throughput and replace or re-terminate connectors if physical damage is observed.
