Sieťový kábel EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/UTP Cat5e 2 m žltý

The EFB Elektronik RJ45 S/UTP Cat5e 2 m Yellow is a 2-metre networking cable with RJ‑45 connectors on both ends, designed for standard Ethernet connections. It conforms to Cat5e specifications and supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology, providing a reliable physical link for internet access, wired local area networks and point-to-point device connections. The yellow jacket improves visibility for cable management and identification in home or office environments.

Advantages

This Cat5e S/UTP cable offers stable data transmission for typical LAN and internet applications while maintaining compatibility with gigabit Ethernet hardware. The molded RJ‑45 connectors ensure secure contact and minimize connector strain. The 2 m length is suitable for short runs between devices and wall outlets, keeping installations tidy without excess slack. The colored sheath simplifies organization when multiple cables are used in racks or workstations.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops or network switches to wall ports
• Wired internet access for routers and modems
• Office or home LAN segments and patch panels
• Temporary or permanent device-to-device connections within 2 m

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector type: RJ‑45 to RJ‑45
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Category: Cat5e (Unshielded twisted pair, S/UTP)
• Colour: Yellow

How to use

Connect one RJ‑45 connector to the network port of your device (PC, switch, router or modem) and the other connector to the corresponding wall outlet or network equipment. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain; avoid running the cable parallel to high‑power electrical lines to reduce potential interference. For diagnostic checks, verify link lights on both connected devices and test network throughput with standard network tools if required.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use this Cat5e cable for short runs up to 2 m and pair it with properly rated network equipment supporting 10/100/1000 Mbps. Keep connectors and cable ends clean and protect the cable from heavy mechanical stress. Use colored cables like this yellow model to maintain clear cable identification in multi‑cable installations.
