Sieťový kábel Goobay CAT 6 U/UTP 100 m čierny

The Goobay network cable CAT 6 U/UTP 100m in black is designed for reliable outdoor and indoor Ethernet connections. With a 100 m length and U/UTP construction it supports high-speed data transfer for networking tasks and can be used to connect devices such as surveillance cameras, routers and switches. The polyethylene outer sheath provides strong resistance to weathering and UV radiation.

Advantages

This CAT 6 U/UTP cable offers consistent high-speed performance over 100 m, low susceptibility to electromagnetic interference due to its U/UTP design, and a durable polyethylene jacket that enhances resistance to outdoor conditions and UV exposure. The black color is unobtrusive for visible installations.

Suitable for

• Outdoor garden and camping network runs
• Mounting on building facades
• Connecting surveillance cameras and IP devices
• Indoor LAN installations requiring CAT 6 performance

How to use

Measure and cut the required cable length. Strip the outer jacket carefully, maintain twist pairs as specified for CAT 6 termination, and terminate with appropriate RJ45 connectors or keystone jacks rated for CAT 6. Route the cable along the installation path, securing it with UV-resistant clips or cable ties where appropriate. For outdoor sections, avoid direct contact with standing water and ensure connections are protected in weatherproof boxes.

Recommendations

For long-term outdoor installations, use weatherproof junction boxes at connection points and consider additional mechanical protection (conduit) where the cable may be exposed to physical stress. Test the installed runs with a network cable tester to verify CAT 6 performance.
