Sieťový kábel Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 0,25 m červený

The Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 0.25m Red networking cable is a short patch lead designed for reliable high-speed Ethernet connections. With RJ-45 connectors on both ends and CAT6 performance, this 0.25 m cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) networks and features S/FTP (PIMF) shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference. The red jacket makes it easy to identify within structured cabling or small office and home setups while maintaining consistent data transmission between routers, switches and computers.

Advantages

This CAT6 S/FTP cable provides improved signal integrity due to overall foil and individually foil-shielded pairs (PIMF), which helps reduce crosstalk and external noise. Its short 0.25 m length minimizes latency and clutter in patch panels or desktop installations. The fitted RJ-45 connectors ensure a standard, secure connection to networking equipment. The colored outer jacket simplifies cable management and visual identification in mixed installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting routers, switches and network ports over short distances
• Patch panel and rack interconnections in compact setups
• Desktop or workstation connections where minimal cable slack is required
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is beneficial

Key specifications

• Cabling standard: CAT6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield plus individually foil-wrapped pairs, PIMF)
• Supported speeds: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Length: 0.25 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Colour: Red

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of the source device (for example a router or switch) and the other connector into the target device (for example a computer or access point). Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Use this short 0.25 m cable where devices are close together to avoid excess cable looping. When routing through patch panels or racks, avoid tight bends and maintain the cable’s bend radius to preserve shielding effectiveness and signal quality.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this CAT6 S/FTP cable for gigabit Ethernet links over short runs and avoid running it in parallel with high-voltage power lines. Inspect connectors for damage before installation and replace the cable if the jacket or shielding is compromised. Label both ends if used in larger networks for easier identification.
