Sieťový kábel Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 1,5 m

The Helos CAT6 S/FTP (PIMF) 1.5m networking cable is a magenta-colored, shielded Ethernet cable designed for gigabit networks. With RJ-45 connectors on both ends and support for 10/100/1000Base-T(X), it provides reliable wired connectivity for desktop computers, network switches, routers and other Ethernet-enabled devices. The S/FTP (screened foil twisted pair) construction reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, helping to maintain stable high-speed data transmission over a short fixed-length link.

Advantages

This cable combines CAT6 performance with S/FTP (PIMF) shielding to improve signal integrity in environments with potential electromagnetic interference. The fixed 1.5 m length minimizes excess cable slack for tidy setups. Factory-terminated RJ-45 plugs ensure easy plug-and-play installation, and the distinctive magenta color makes cable identification and organization simpler in crowded patch panels or desks.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting a desktop or laptop to a router or switch for gigabit LAN access
• Linking network devices in small office or home office (SOHO) environments
• Short runs between patch panels and wall sockets or between network equipment on the same rack
• Environments where reduced interference and clear cable identification are preferred

Key specifications

• Cabling standard: CAT6
• Shielding: S/FTP (screened with foil and individually shielded pairs / PIMF)
• Length: 1.5 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 (plug–plug)
• Supported speeds: 10/100/1000 Mbps (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Colour: Magenta

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other connector into a compatible port on a router, switch or wall socket. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable and keep the cable routed away from large power cables or noisy electrical equipment that could cause interference. The cable is intended for typical indoor networking use and fixed short-distance interconnections.

Recommendations

Use this CAT6 S/FTP cable for short, high-speed connections where shielding and tidy cabling are important. For longer runs or structured cabling over several meters, select appropriate length CAT6 or higher-specification cables and follow local installation standards for cable management and grounding of shielded systems.
