Sieťový kábel Lanberg LCU5-12CU-0305-R U/UTP Cat5e 305 m červený

The Lanberg LCU5-12CU-0305-R U/UTP Cat5e networking cable is a 305-metre installation cable designed for structured copper Ethernet cabling. Constructed for use in horizontal and backbone runs, this Cat5e cable supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and is suitable for Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet links where U/UTP (unshielded) performance is required. The cable’s red jacket provides clear visual identification in patching fields, conduits and cable trays.

Advantages

This Cat5e U/UTP cable offers consistent electrical performance across long runs and a full 305 m spool length to reduce the need for joints. Its unshielded design simplifies installation in standard environments and the uniform conductor construction is compatible with common RJ45 terminations and keystone modules. The bright red outer sheath improves traceability during installation and maintenance while helping to separate circuits by function or service.

Suitable for

• Structured cabling for offices and data rooms
• Horizontal and backbone Ethernet runs
• Gigabit Ethernet connections up to Cat5e performance
• Environments where cable identification is required

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat5e
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Length: 305 m
• Typical supported data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s
• Outer colour: Red

How to use

Run the cable through cable trays, conduits or behind walls according to local installation standards and building codes. Terminate individual runs with appropriate RJ45 connectors or patch panels designed for Cat5e U/UTP cable, following correct pair untwisting limits and wiring schemes (T568A or T568B) to preserve performance. Leave service loops and secure the cable to avoid sharp bends, kinks or tension that could degrade transmission quality.

Recommendations

For reliable Gigabit links, maintain recommended separation from power cables and avoid excessive untwisting during termination. Use compatible Cat5e-rated patch panels and keystone jacks, and test installed links with a cable tester to verify continuity and performance before commissioning.
