Sieťový kábel ROLINE 21.15.2509 RJ-45 Cat6 20 m sivý

The ROLINE 21.15.2509 RJ-45 Cat6 20 m Grey is a 20-metre network cable conforming to the Cat6 standard. It uses U/UTP construction to provide reliable data transmission and to reduce external electromagnetic interference. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 connectors, offering straightforward compatibility with switches, routers, patch panels and network devices in home and office environments.

Advantages

This Cat6 cable supports higher bandwidth and improved signal integrity compared with lower-category cables, which helps maintain stable gigabit connections. The U/UTP shielding reduces crosstalk and external noise without adding bulk, while the 20 m length gives flexibility for desk-to-switch or across-room routing. The grey jacket is durable and unobtrusive in mixed cable environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, printers and VoIP phones to network switches
• Linking routers and modems to switches or patch panels
• Cabling in offices, meeting rooms and home networks
• Temporary setups where a 20 m reach is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6
• Length: 20 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs with overall unshielded jacket)
• Outer colour: Grey

How to use

Route the cable between devices ensuring the RJ-45 connectors are inserted firmly into the Ethernet ports until they click. Avoid sharp bends or kinks and keep the cable away from high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference. For fixed installations, secure the cable with clips or cable ties at regular intervals to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6 cable for network segments requiring gigabit speeds. When running alongside power cables or in electrically noisy environments, allow separation or use dedicated cable management to minimise interference. If a neat installation is needed, measure route length before installation to avoid excess slack and consider using cable organizers for long runs.
