Sieťový kábel ROLINE CAT.6a S/FTP konektor samec S-STP 15 m sivý

ROLINE CAT.6a S/FTP patch cable, 15 m, grey. This networking cable is designed for high-speed data transmission between devices and provides enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference thanks to its full braid shielding and individually foil-shielded pairs. It features screened RJ-45 connectors on both ends, gold-plated contacts and a stranded 4-pair copper conductor construction. The cable is LSOH and fitted with moulded kink protection for improved durability while maintaining flexibility for narrow bends.

Advantages

The cable offers S/FTP (S-STP) shielding for reduced crosstalk and EMI, high-quality RJ-45 plugs with gold-plated contacts, and a 1:1 contact pinout compliant with the EIA/TIA 568 standard. Its 4-pair stranded copper construction combined with aluminium-clad polyester foil around each pair and a complete braid shield provides component-level Cat6a performance. The moulded kink protection and flexible LSOH jacket make it durable and suitable for routing in confined spaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices such as switches, routers, patch panels and servers
• High-bandwidth applications including Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet over short runs
• Office and data centre patching where reduced interference is required

Key specifications

• Model: ROLINE CAT.6a S/FTP, Component Level
• Length: 15 m
• Cable standard: Cat6a
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil-shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Construction: 4-pair stranded copper
• Contact wiring: 1:1 (EIA/TIA 568)
• Jacket: LSOH
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network port of your device and the other to a switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages. Route the cable without sharp kinks; use the moulded kink protection area near the connector for strain relief. For optimal signal integrity, avoid running the cable parallel to high-power electrical lines or sources of strong electromagnetic interference.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for short- to medium-length links where improved shielding is needed. For installations in plenums or where specific fire ratings are required, verify that the LSOH jacket meets local regulations. For best performance in 10GBASE-T applications, keep run lengths within recommended limits for Cat6a cabling and ensure proper termination.
