Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks 08-80507 Cat 7 S/FTP bezhalogénový

Network cable ShiverPeaks 08-80507 Cat 7 S/FTP halogen-free is a shielded Cat 7 installation cable (S/FTP, PIMF) designed for structured cabling and high-speed Ethernet applications. The halogen-free construction and braided foil/shielded pairs reduce electromagnetic interference and support reliable gigabit and multi-gigabit connections in commercial and residential environments.

Advantages

The S/FTP design with pair-level foil and overall braid minimizes crosstalk and external interference. Cat 7 performance supports higher frequency transmission compared with lower categories. Halogen-free jacket improves safety in enclosed spaces and installation environments. Available in a 50 m reel for in-wall and conduit installation.

Suitable for

• Data centers and server rooms
• Office structured cabling
• Home networks and multimedia streaming
• Wall, ceiling and conduit installations

How to use

Run the cable along the planned route through walls, ceilings or cable trays according to local installation standards. Strip the outer jacket and shielding only as needed for connectors or outlet termination, taking care to preserve pair shielding for optimal performance. Terminate with compatible Cat 7 keystone jacks or RJ45 connectors rated for shielded S/FTP cable, and ensure proper grounding of the drain wire and braid.

Recommendations

To maintain signal integrity, avoid tight bends and excessive pulling force during installation; follow bend radius and pull tension limits specified by relevant cabling standards. Use appropriate shielded connectors and ensure proper grounding to benefit from the S/FTP shielding.
