Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks 75711-HG-SET5 zelený Cat6 S/FTP RJ45-RJ45 1 m

The ShiverPeaks 75711-HG-SET5 Green Cat6 S/FTP RJ45-RJ45 1m is a one-metre network patch cable built to the Cat6 specification with S/FTP shielding. It features RJ-45 connectors on both ends with gold-plated contacts to maintain consistent electrical contact and reduce oxidation. The cable’s construction supports reliable Gigabit Ethernet connections and localized installations where a durable, short-length cable is required. The bright green jacket makes cable identification and visual management in racks, patch panels, and desktop setups straightforward.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding combines overall foil shielding with individually shielded pairs to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk in electrically noisy environments. The Cat6 standard ensures headroom for high data throughput at typical Ethernet speeds and improved pair-to-pair performance compared with lower-category cables. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts improve long-term conductivity and reduce contact resistance. The 1 m length minimizes excess cable slack and helps maintain tidy, organized installations while the colored jacket simplifies cable tracing.

Suitable for

• Short links between switches, patch panels and wall outlets in home or office networks
• Connecting desktop PCs, NAS devices or network printers to a local switch
• Patch cabling in small racks and cabinets where space and cable management matter
• Environments with moderate electromagnetic noise that benefit from S/FTP shielding

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil plus individually shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Length: 1 metre
• Jacket color: Green

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your switch, router, patch panel or wall outlet and the other end to the target device such as a computer, NAS or printer. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the plug latches. Route the cable along cable guides or through management panels to avoid sharp bends and compression; maintain the manufacturer’s recommended bend radius for reliable signal integrity. For permanent installations, verify link status and network speed through device LEDs or network diagnostics after connection.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 S/FTP cable for short, high-quality connections where reduced interference and clear cable identification are desired. Avoid running the cable parallel and in close contact with high-voltage power lines for extended distances; if crossing power lines is necessary, cross at right angles. Replace the cable if connectors or the jacket show visible damage or if link errors occur.
