Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BASIC-S čierny 30 m Cat7 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BASIC-S networking cable is a 30 m Cat7 S/FTP Ethernet cable engineered for reliable high-speed data transmission in home and office environments. The cable uses Category 7 specifications and S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors provide corrosion resistance and stable contact for network devices. The cable's black jacket offers a discreet, professional appearance while supporting applications that require high bandwidth and low latency.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction combines an overall braided shield with individually foil-shielded pairs, providing enhanced protection against external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk. Category 7 performance supports higher frequencies than earlier cable categories, which helps maintain signal integrity for demanding network tasks. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve connector durability and contact quality, reducing the risk of intermittent connections. The 30 m length gives flexibility for linking devices across rooms or within structured cabling runs without additional couplers.

Suitable for

• High-speed wired Ethernet connections in homes and small offices
• Connecting desktop computers, routers, switches and NAS devices
• Data transfer, streaming and VoIP applications requiring stable links
• Structured cabling where longer single-cable runs are needed

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7 (Class F) performance for higher-frequency transmission
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall braided shield plus individually foil-shielded pairs
• Length: 30 meters
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance
• Conductor type: stranded copper conductor (flexible for installation and routing)
• Jacket color: Black for discreet installation

How to use

Route the cable between network devices avoiding tight bends and excessive strain on the connectors. Insert each RJ-45 plug firmly into the corresponding Ethernet port until it clicks. For best performance, keep the cable separated from power lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. If routing through conduits or cable channels, verify that bend radius recommendations are followed to prevent damage to the internal conductors and shielding. Test the link with a network tester or by checking link/activity LEDs on connected devices.

Recommendations

For optimal signal quality, use the cable in environments where S/FTP shielding can provide benefit — for example near electronic equipment or multiple adjacent network runs. When permanent installations are required, label both ends and avoid kinking; consider using cable management accessories to secure runs and maintain performance.
