Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BASIC-S žltý 30 m Cat7 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BASIC-S Yellow 30 m Cat7 S/FTP networking cable is a high-performance Ethernet cable designed for reliable high-speed data transmission. This 30-metre cable uses Cat7 standards with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 terminations with gold-plated contacts. The robust shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, while the visible yellow jacket helps organize and identify connections in complex network installations.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction combines an overall foil shield with individually foil-wrapped pairs to provide strong protection against external interference and near-end crosstalk. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure consistent signal transfer and corrosion resistance for long-term reliability. The 30 m length suits medium- to long-distance runs without the need for additional patching, and the bright yellow sheath improves cable management and fault tracing.

Suitable for

• Cable runs between switches, routers and patch panels in offices and server rooms
• High-bandwidth applications such as HD video streaming, large file transfers and VoIP
• Structured cabling where interference protection and clear identification are required
• Temporary event networks and installations requiring visible, easy-to-trace cabling

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Length: 30 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil + individually shielded pairs)
• Connector: RJ-45
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Jacket color: Yellow
• Use: Ethernet, high-speed data transmission

How to use

Connect the RJ-45 plugs to the corresponding Ethernet ports on network devices such as switches, routers, patch panels or network interface cards. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and latched to establish a secure physical connection. For structured installations, route the cable along cable trays or underfloor ducts, avoiding tight bends and sharp edges that can damage the internal pairs or reduce performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel and in close proximity to power lines or strong electromagnetic sources. Maintain recommended bend radii and secure the cable with appropriate clips or ties to prevent strain on the connectors. Verify network settings and use testing equipment to confirm link speed and signal integrity after installation.
