Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-22060 7m Cat6 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS08-22060 7m Cat6 U/UTP networking cable provides a reliable wired connection for data transfer up to 1000 Mbit/s. Designed for typical home and office environments, the cable uses Category 6 standards to support Gigabit Ethernet and comes in a neutral grey finish with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for improved contact and corrosion resistance.

Advantages

This Cat6 U/UTP cable minimizes crosstalk and external interference through its unshielded twisted pair construction combined with overall U/UTP characteristics, ensuring consistent signal integrity for typical LAN applications. The gold-plated RJ-45 plugs offer stable contact and reduced oxidation over time. The 7 meter length provides flexibility for device placement without excess slack, and the grey jacket blends unobtrusively into residential and professional setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops, and network-attached storage to routers and switches
• Wiring workstations and office equipment within a single room or small office
• Home networking where stable Gigabit Ethernet is required for streaming and file transfer
• Temporary network setups for events, presentations, or testing

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Length: 7 m
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded overall with twisted pair construction)
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Jacket color: grey

How to use

Insert each RJ-45 connector firmly into the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as large transformers or unshielded fluorescent lighting to maintain signal quality. For best results, use the cable in standard structured cabling topologies between switches, routers, and end devices supporting Gigabit speeds.

Recommendations

For sustained performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with mains power lines over long distances and replace the cable if connectors show visible wear or if network errors increase. When connecting high-traffic network segments, verify that connected devices support Gigabit Ethernet to fully utilize the Cat6 cable capability.
