Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS08-41042 žltý 3m Cat8.1 F/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS08-41042 Yellow 3m Cat8.1 F/FTP networking cable is a high-performance Ethernet cable designed for demanding wired connections. Built to Cat8.1 standard with F/FTP (foil over overall braid with foil-paired) shielding and RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts, the cable supports high data throughput and improved noise immunity. Its 3-meter length and bright yellow jacket make it suitable for visible cable runs in home networks, server rooms, or office installations.

Advantages

The F/FTP shielding reduces electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, ensuring stable high-frequency transmission. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide reliable electrical contact and corrosion resistance for sustained performance. Cat8.1 specification enables multi-gigabit and short-range 40 Gbit/s-capable links where supported by the connected equipment. The yellow outer jacket improves visibility for easier identification and safer cable routing.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• High-speed wired connections between switches, patch panels, and network devices in data centers and server rooms
• Multi-gigabit home or office networks requiring low-latency, high-throughput links
• Visible cable runs where color-coding helps maintenance and identification
• Short-distance backbone links in network racks and equipment cabinets

Key specifications

• Category: Cat8.1 performance
• Shielding: F/FTP (foil over braid with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 3 meters
• Maximum data rate: up to 40000 Mbit/s (dependent on connected equipment and environment)
• Jacket color: yellow

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the Ethernet port of your network device and the other to the switch, router, or patch panel port. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and latched to maintain a secure mechanical and electrical connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends, kinks, and heavy compression of the cable along its length; keep cable runs within recommended bend radius and separate from strong sources of electromagnetic noise when possible. Use cable management accessories to keep runs organized and labeled.

Recommendations

Use this cable for short-to-medium length, high-speed links where Cat8.1 performance and F/FTP shielding provide benefits. Verify that connected equipment supports higher link speeds and proper RJ-45 termination for maximum throughput. Avoid outdoor exposure or direct UV sunlight; install in suitable indoor environments or protected conduits.
