Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75111-0.5S čierny 0,5m Cat5e F/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75111-0.5S Black 0.5m Cat5e F/UTP networking cable is a short patch cable designed for reliable wired network connections. It conforms to the Cat5e performance class and uses F/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference. Each end is terminated with a standard RJ-45 connector, making the cable compatible with switches, routers, patch panels and network devices that accept Ethernet jacks. The black jacket provides a discreet, professional appearance for office, server room or home network installations.

Advantages

F/UTP shielding combines an overall foil screen with individually twisted conductor pairs to lower crosstalk and external interference, supporting stable data transmission at Cat5e speeds. The 0.5 m length reduces excess cable clutter in patching environments and ensures short, direct connections between adjacent ports. Robust RJ-45 terminations deliver a secure fit and consistent contact for routine use.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections between switches, routers and patch panels
• Linking network ports in rack-mounted equipment and server cabinets
• Desk-side connections from wall outlets to desktop PCs or VoIP phones
• Temporary test setups and troubleshooting in network installations

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat5e
• Shielding type: F/UTP (foil overall shield, unshielded twisted pairs)
• Length: 0.5 m
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network port on your device and the other to the target port on a switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to establish a reliable physical connection. For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable and keep it separated from strong sources of electromagnetic interference where possible.

Recommendations

Use this 0.5 m Cat5e F/UTP cable for short, direct connections in patch bays and rack environments where a shielded link is preferred to reduce interference. Avoid running the cable alongside high-voltage power lines and maintain gentle bend radii to preserve shielding integrity and connector lifespan.
