Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75113 3m Cat5e F/UTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75113 3m Cat5e F/UTP networking cable provides a reliable wired connection for data transfer between computers, routers, switches and other Ethernet-enabled devices. Constructed to Cat5e specifications, the cable supports high-speed data transmission over short to medium distances and uses F/UTP shielding to reduce external electromagnetic interference. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors and the cable is finished in grey for a neutral, professional appearance.

Advantages

The F/UTP (foiled/unshielded twisted pair) design reduces noise from nearby electrical sources and adjacent cables, improving signal stability in populated wiring environments. Cat5e construction supports Ethernet speeds commonly required for home and small-office networks while maintaining backward compatibility with older network hardware. The 3 m length balances reach and cable management, and factory-terminated RJ-45 connectors ensure consistent contact and ease of installation.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs and laptops to routers or network switches
• Wiring desktop workstations in home offices and small businesses
• Linking VoIP phones, network printers and other PoE-compatible devices (within Cat5e power constraints)
• Temporary or permanent Ethernet runs in residential and commercial environments

Key specifications

• Category: Cat5e compliant twisted pair cable
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil shield around the pair bundle)
• Length: 3 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends
• Color: Grey
• Suitable for: 100BASE-TX and Gigabit-capable networks up to Cat5e performance limits

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your source device (router, switch or modem) and the other connector into the destination device (PC, laptop, printer or networked appliance). Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference to maintain optimal signal quality. If using in a rack or structured cabling setup, secure the cable with cable ties or management trays to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best results, use the ShiverPeaks Cat5e F/UTP cable for runs up to 100 meters within a single network segment and avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines. Test connections after installation with network diagnostics or a cable tester to verify link speed and signal integrity.
