Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75512-M 2 m Cat7 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75512-M 2m Cat7 S/FTP networking cable provides a high-performance wired connection for desktop computers, network switches, routers and other Ethernet-enabled devices. Constructed to Cat7 specification with S/FTP shielding, this 2-meter cable is designed to support high data rates while reducing electromagnetic and crosstalk interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and improved corrosion resistance, and the magenta-colored jacket helps identify and organize cabling in multi-cable environments.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil shield with individually shielded pairs to limit both external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk, supporting stable performance in environments with multiple active cables or near electronic equipment. The Cat7 design supports higher bandwidths and improved signal integrity compared with earlier cable categories. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs enhance contact quality and durability for frequent plug/unplug cycles. The 2 m length balances reach and signal quality for short runs between wall outlets, patch panels and devices.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections for desktop PCs and workstations
• Connecting network switches, routers and patch panels in home or small office networks
• High-bandwidth applications such as HD video streaming, online gaming and large file transfers on local networks
• Cable organization and color-coding in multi-cable racks and structured cabling systems

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7 (Class F)
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall foil shield plus individually foil-shielded twisted pairs
• Length: 2 meters
• Connector type: RJ-45 gold-plated plugs
• Conductor type: twisted pair copper conductors
• Jacket color: magenta
• Typical use: Ethernet up to multi-gigabit speeds (depending on connected equipment)

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other into the corresponding port on a switch, router or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to secure the connection. For best performance, avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable and maintain a modest separation from high-power electrical cables. Use the 2 m length for short-distance connections within a workstation, between a patch panel and a nearby switch, or to connect a router to a wall outlet.

Recommendations

Inspect connectors periodically for dust or debris and clean with compressed air or a soft, dry brush if necessary. For long-term installations, maintain proper bend radius and avoid tight fastening that could damage the internal shielding. Choose Cat7 S/FTP cables where reduced interference and higher bandwidth headroom are required; compatibility and actual speeds depend on the connected networking equipment.
