Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75517-SLV fialový 7,5 m Cat7 U/FTP (STP)

The ShiverPeaks BS75517-SLV Violet 7.5 m Cat7 U/FTP (STP) networking cable provides a shielded connection for high-speed Ethernet applications. Built to Cat7 standard, this 7.5-metre cable uses U/FTP (individually foil‑shielded pairs with overall braid) to limit electromagnetic interference and maintain stable data transfer. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance. The violet jacket offers an identifiable color for organized cabling in home, office, or studio environments. The cable supports multi-gigabit networking and is backwards compatible with earlier twisted-pair standards.

Advantages

This Cat7 U/FTP cable combines high data-rate capability with enhanced shielding for reduced crosstalk and external interference. The 7.5 m length balances reach and signal integrity for common desktop-to-switch or equipment-to-patch-panel connections. Gold‑plated RJ-45 contacts help ensure consistent electrical contact and durability over repeated insertions. The colored outer jacket simplifies cable identification in dense installations without affecting electrical performance.

Suitable for

• High-speed local area network links up to multi-gigabit/10 Gbps
• Gaming PCs, streaming setups, and multimedia workstations
• Office patching between switches, routers and patch panels
• Environments with potential EMI where improved shielding is required

Key specifications

• Cable standard: Category 7 (Cat7)
• Cable length: 7.5 m
• Shielding: U/FTP (individually foil‑shielded pairs with overall braid)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Connector contacts: Gold‑plated
• Jacket color: Violet
• Backward compatibility: works with previous twisted‑pair Ethernet standards

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other into a switch, router, or modem. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and sharp edges; maintain gentle curves to preserve shielding and pair geometry. For best results, avoid running the cable parallel and close to power lines or large electrical equipment that can generate interference.

Recommendations

Use this Cat7 U/FTP cable for short- to medium-length fixed connections where consistent multi-gigabit performance and EMI resistance are required. For permanent installations, verify connector seating and avoid crushing or pinching the cable to maintain shielding integrity.
