Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75713 sivý 3 m Cat6a S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75713 Grey 3m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed wired connections. Compliant with Cat6a performance, this 3-metre cable supports elevated data rates and improved signal integrity. The S/FTP construction combines overall braid shielding with individually shielded twisted pairs, reducing crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference for stable network links. The cable is terminated with RJ-45 connectors featuring gold-plated contacts to maintain reliable electrical contact and resist corrosion over time.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding and Cat6a specification enable consistent performance for applications that require high bandwidth and low interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve conductivity and long-term durability. A 3 metre length offers a practical balance between flexibility and reach for typical desktop, router-to-switch, or patch panel connections. The neutral grey jacket provides a discreet appearance suitable for residential and professional environments.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections between computers, switches, routers and patch panels
• High-bandwidth applications such as streaming, large file transfers and video conferencing
• Home offices, corporate networks and small server rooms
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is required

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a performance
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + individually shielded twisted pairs)
• Length: 3 metres
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Color: Grey
• Conductor type: Twisted pair copper conductors

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network device and the other to the target port, ensuring firm seating in both sockets. For best performance, avoid tight bends and kinks along the cable run and keep the cable routed away from power lines and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. When connecting to patch panels or keystone jacks, verify that the connector is fully inserted and locked. Inspect connectors periodically for physical damage and replace the cable if the jacket or plugs show signs of wear.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6a S/FTP cable for links that demand reliable high-speed transmission; keep cable lengths within recommended limits for your network design and avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimize interference.
