Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75717-W 7,5 m Cat6a S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75717-W 7.5m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable delivers a balanced combination of bandwidth capacity and interference protection for wired Ethernet connections. Designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over copper and backward compatible with lower-speed standards, this 7.5 metre white cable features RJ-45 connectors with gold-plated contacts to maintain consistent conductivity and minimize signal loss. The S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction provides overall shielding plus individual pair foil, improving resistance to electromagnetic and crosstalk interference in crowded cable environments.

Advantages

The cable supports Cat6a performance levels, enabling stable high-speed data transfer suitable for demanding network applications. Shielding reduces susceptibility to external electromagnetic interference, which helps preserve signal integrity over the full 7.5 metre length. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts enhance corrosion resistance and provide reliable physical and electrical connection. The white jacket offers a neutral, tidy appearance for visible installations in home or office spaces.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections in home or small office networks
• Connecting switches, routers, NAS devices, and desktop computers
• Environments with nearby power cabling or electronic equipment where additional shielding is beneficial
• Visible wiring runs where a white cable matches décor

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a performance for up to 10 Gbps Ethernet
• Cable length: 7.5 metres
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall braid plus individual pair foil
• Connector type: RJ-45 plugs on both ends
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance
• Jacket colour: white
• Conductor type: twisted pair copper conductors

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch, or computer) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends, kinks, or crushing, and keep it separated from sources of strong electromagnetic interference when possible. For best performance, avoid extending the cable beyond the specified 7.5 metre length without using appropriate network equipment such as patch panels or switches.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short- to medium-length high-speed links where shielding is needed; test network throughput after installation and replace if connectors show signs of wear. Store coiled loosely and avoid repeated sharp bends at the connector strain relief to prolong service life.
