Lanview LVO232552-100 InfiniBand/sklenené vlákno kábel 100 m žltý

The Lanview LVO232552-100 is a 100 m OS2 single-mode fibre optic cable with a 9 µm core diameter. Designed for backbone cabling and long-distance links, this yellow cable supports high-speed data transmission and can be used both indoors and outdoors; for outdoor runs it must be installed inside conduit.

Advantages

The OS2 single-mode construction provides low attenuation for long-distance signalling. A 9 µm core diameter ensures compatibility with standard single-mode equipment. The cable’s yellow sheath improves visibility and identification in installations. Rated for indoor and outdoor use when placed in conduit, it simplifies planning for mixed-environment deployments.

Suitable for

• Backbone network cabling in buildings and campuses
• Long-distance links between network equipment
• Indoor installations and outdoor runs when installed in conduit
• High-bandwidth data transmission applications

How to use

Run the fibre cable along the planned route, avoiding sharp bends and excessive stress. For outdoor sections, place the cable inside an appropriate conduit before burial or exposure to weather. Terminate the ends with compatible single-mode connectors and test insertion loss and continuity with suitable optical test equipment prior to putting the link into service.

Recommendations

Use conduit for all outdoor installations and follow local regulations for burial depth and mechanical protection. Handle the fibre carefully to avoid microbends; use proper cable drums and pulling techniques to maintain performance.
