Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75720-R 10 m Cat6a S/FTP červený

The ShiverPeaks BS75720-R 10m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable provides high-speed wired connectivity for home and office networks. Constructed with augmented S/FTP shielding and precision-paired conductors, this 10 metre cable supports higher bandwidth and reduced crosstalk compared with lower-category cables. Fitted with RJ-45 plugs and gold-plated contacts, the cable is designed for consistent signal transfer and improved corrosion resistance. The red jacket offers an easy visual identifier for cable management and structured installations.

Advantages

This Cat6a S/FTP cable offers improved electromagnetic interference protection due to its combination of overall screen and individually foiled pairs, which helps maintain signal integrity in environments with multiple cables or nearby electronic equipment. The gold-plated connector contacts provide reliable mating and long-term conductivity. A 10 metre length balances reach and neat routing for typical desktop-to-switch or patch panel connections, while the colour-coded jacket simplifies identification during installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• 10 GbE local area network links within homes, offices or small data closets
• Connecting PCs, switches, patch panels and networked devices at distances up to 10 metres
• Environments with increased electromagnetic interference where shielding is beneficial
• Structured cabling where colour coding is used for cable management

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet
• Shielding: S/FTP — overall braid shield plus individually foiled pairs
• Length: 10 metres
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Contact plating: gold-plated connector contacts for improved conductivity and corrosion resistance
• Conductor configuration: twisted pairs with precision pairing for reduced crosstalk
• Jacket colour: red for visual identification

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to your network device (such as a switch, router or network interface on a PC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the destination device or patch panel. Ensure contacts are fully inserted until the connector latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and close proximity to high-voltage power lines; maintain the natural bend radius to preserve the internal pair geometry. For permanent installations, use appropriate cable management accessories such as cable ties, clips or horizontal managers to prevent strain on the connectors.
