Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75726-H 20m Cat6 S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75726-H 20m Cat6 S/FTP networking cable provides a 20-metre connection designed for high-speed Ethernet and reliable data transfer. Constructed to Cat6 performance standards with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors, this grey cable is intended for structured cabling in home and office environments where stable network throughput and reduced interference are required.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil jacket with individually foil-shielded pairs to reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, improving signal integrity over longer runs. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts enhance conductivity and resist corrosion, supporting consistent connection quality. The 20 m length offers flexibility for routing between equipment, while the Cat6 specification supports higher data rates and improved bandwidth compared with earlier cable categories.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet networks in homes and small offices
• Connecting switches, routers, modems and networked devices over medium distances
• Data transfer and streaming applications that require stable throughput
• Structured cabling where reduced interference is important

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6 performance class suitable for Gigabit Ethernet
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually foil-shielded pairs)
• Length: 20 metres
• Connectors: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity
• Color: Grey

How to use

Inspect both cable ends and the RJ-45 plugs before installation. Route the cable avoiding tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference such as unshielded power cables or large transformers. Insert RJ-45 plugs fully into the network ports of switches, routers or devices until the latch clicks. For installations that pass through ceilings or walls, ensure connectors and cable bends comply with local installation standards to preserve shielding and performance.

Recommendations

For best performance, pair this Cat6 S/FTP cable with compatible shielded network equipment and maintain gentle bend radii (do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended minimum bend radius). Avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines; when necessary, cross power lines at right angles. For permanent or in-wall installations, follow local electrical and building codes and consider using cable management accessories to protect the shielding and connectors.
