Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks BS75730-AY 30m Cat6a S/FTP

The ShiverPeaks BS75730-AY 30m Cat6a S/FTP networking cable is designed for reliable, high-bandwidth data transmission in structured network environments. This 30-metre cable uses Cat6a specifications combined with S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain consistent signal integrity over longer runs. Terminated with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, the cable supports modern Ethernet applications and is supplied in a vivid yellow color for easy visual identification during installation and maintenance.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded alternatives, helping to preserve throughput and reduce packet loss. The Cat6a category supports higher frequencies and greater data rates than Cat5e and Cat6, enabling 10 Gigabit Ethernet over appropriate distances. The 30 m length offers flexibility for longer cable runs without additional patching, and the bright yellow jacket enhances visibility in racks, cable trays, and behind equipment.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections in offices, server rooms and data centers
• High-density patching and backbone runs between network equipment
• Workstations and network devices requiring reduced electromagnetic interference
• Environments where cable identification and color-coding are important

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a (augmented Category 6)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid with individually foiled pairs)
• Length: 30 metres
• Connectors: RJ-45 terminated on both ends
• Supported speeds: Up to 10 Gbps (within standard Cat6a distance guidelines)
• Jacket color: Yellow for easy identification
• Conductor type: Twisted pair copper conductors

How to use

Route the cable between network devices, avoiding tight bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible. Plug the RJ-45 connectors firmly into the ports of compatible switches, routers or network interfaces. If running the cable through metal conduits or near mains power, ensure proper grounding of the network equipment and follow local installation codes. For permanent installations, verify that the cable length and routing conform to Cat6a installation best practices to maintain signal performance.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable run lengths within recommended limits for Cat6a deployments, avoid kinking or over-tightening around cable management hardware, and maintain separation from high-voltage power lines. Use the yellow jacket for organized color-coded installations to simplify maintenance and troubleshooting.
