Sieťový kábel ShiverPeaks SP717-SLB Cat6 U/UTP 7,5m modrý

The ShiverPeaks SP717-SLB Cat6 U/UTP networking cable, 7.5m in length and finished in blue, provides a balanced solution for wired Ethernet connections at home and in small to medium office environments. Designed for Gigabit Ethernet use, the cable uses unshielded twisted-pair construction to deliver stable data transfer rates over its 7.5 metre reach. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 plugs featuring gold-plated contacts to improve conductivity and resist corrosion, supporting consistent signal transmission and extended connector life.

Advantages

The Cat6 specification ensures improved performance compared with older Category 5e cabling, enabling higher bandwidth and reduced crosstalk for typical local network applications. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts provide better electrical contact and long-term reliability. The 7.5m length covers common desk-to-switch and wall-socket-to-device distances while the blue jacket helps visually identify the cable within a structured cabling environment. The unshielded design makes the cable flexible and easy to route in patch panels, under desks, or through cable management channels.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs or laptops to a network switch or router
• Linking networked printers, NAS devices or IP cameras within a local network
• Patch connections in office desk clusters and meeting rooms
• Home networking setups requiring stable wired Gigabit connections

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6 (U/UTP) unshielded twisted pair
• Length: 7.5 metres
• Connector type: RJ-45 on both ends with gold-plated contacts
• Color: Blue outer jacket
• Suitable for: Gigabit Ethernet and lower-speed Ethernet standards
• Construction: 4 twisted pairs, flexible PVC jacket

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end of the cable to the Ethernet port of your device (computer, printer, NAS, or IP camera) and the other end to a network router, switch, or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. For best performance, avoid sharp bends and maintain a gentle bend radius when routing the cable. Keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as large transformers or unshielded power cables where possible.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, use the cable within typical indoor temperature ranges and avoid installing under permanent mechanical strain. When organizing multiple cables, label both ends to simplify maintenance and troubleshooting. If you require runs longer than 7.5m in high-interference environments, consider using shielded cabling or additional network infrastructure such as switches to maintain signal integrity.
