Sieťový splitter Hypertec 252471-HY Cat5e nerez konektor samec/samica

The Hypertec 252471-HY Network Splitter for Cat5e cables is a compact stainless steel adapter with male and female RJ45-style connectors designed to extend and route network connections where a split or pass-through is required. Its stainless steel finish provides mechanical protection and a low-profile appearance suitable for visible installation points. The splitter is compatible with Cat5e cabling and passive Ethernet links, enabling straightforward physical connectivity between devices and network runs.

Advantages

The stainless steel housing offers enhanced durability and resistance to wear compared with plastic adapters, while the male/female connector pair provides flexible insertion options without additional tools. Its passive design requires no power or configuration, allowing immediate use in standard Cat5e installations. The compact form factor minimizes space requirements and simplifies temporary or permanent cabling adjustments.

How to use

Insert the Cat5e cable with an RJ45 plug into the female connector and connect the male connector to the destination jack or patch cable. Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain reliable contact. The adapter functions immediately after connection; no configuration is necessary. For best results, use with standard Cat5e cables and avoid excessive bending near the connector to preserve cable performance.

Recommendations

For optimal signal integrity, use the splitter only with Cat5e-rated cables and avoid chaining multiple passive adapters in series. Place the stainless steel splitter in locations where mechanical protection and a low-profile metallic finish are desired; avoid exposure to highly corrosive environments despite the stainless steel construction.
