Weighing 2.5 kg and finished in black, grey and red, the sander balances power and maneuverability for handheld operation.

Advantages

The high-speed 600 W motor ensures steady material removal and stable operation under load, while the 17,000 RPM no-load speed enables fine surface finishing. Its compact form and 2.5 kg weight enhance control during extended use, and the specified planning width and rebating depth allow for accurate edge work and shallow rebates. AC power delivery offers uninterrupted run time for workshop tasks.

Suitable for

• Planing and smoothing wooden boards and panels
• Creating shallow rebates and edge profiles
• Removing small amounts of material for fitting joints
• General surface preparation before finishing or painting

How to use

Before use, secure the workpiece and check that the sander is fitted with the correct cutting or sanding accessory. Connect the tool to a suitable AC outlet and, with the sander switched off, bring it into contact with the workpiece at the intended starting point. Switch on the tool and move it steadily along the grain or intended direction, maintaining an even pressure to control material removal. For rebates, set the cutting depth within the specified 2 mm range and make multiple shallow passes rather than a single deep cut. After work, disconnect from the power supply and allow the tool to come to a complete stop before setting it down or changing accessories.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection and dust extraction when operating the sander. Choose cutting speeds and feed rates that match the material and desired finish; perform test passes on scrap material if necessary. Regularly inspect blades or sanding surfaces for wear and replace them to maintain performance.
